A 15 year veteran in the consulting game working for the largest consulting companies in the world such as Siemens Business Services, Deloitte, Capgemini, EDS and HP. James has managed some of the largest IT projects in Asia. Co-Founder of Excitin and director of our Hong Kong office. James is also the head of the Investment Services arm.

JACKIE LEONG

A leader in industry with roles with Accenture and Deloitte as Head of Change Competency in UK. Jackie brings a wealth of experience in project construct and delivery. Co-Founder of Excitin, Jackie is Chief Operations Officer and head of our USA and Australian operations.

MICHELLE TAYLOR

Brings over 10 years of experience in IT projects for large scale clients including Accenture and Telstra. Responsible for all non technology projects, she leads the projects team as our Chief Project Director.

SEBASTIAN Green

Technical guru and jetsetting master. Sebastian is passionate about technology, and drives key idea visions to our clients. Based in our New York office, Sebastian brings a wealth of experience as our Chief Architect Officer.

BEN LASERRA

With over 15 years training and development experience, Ben LaSerra is our Consulting Director. Skilled in Leadership, Consulting and Investment Banking training, Ben takes charge of our Consulting and Training arm.
